1.Cost of Shipping


Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products, but are added during the purchase and appear broken down in the summary of the same. These expenses vary both depending on the destination chosen and the date and delivery time.


two. Modalities and delivery times


Regarding delivery times

We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time, as it depends on the available schedules of our logistics partners. In some cases, and always depending on the date and country of destination chosen, you will be offered the option to choose delivery in the morning or in the afternoon.


3. Late delivery


If we do not carry out the delivery of your order on the agreed date due to causes that are under our control, as long as you reject the order, you will have the right to a full refund. In the event that you accept the order, you will be reimbursed 20% of the total cost of the plant, but not that of the added products.

If delivery cannot be made in time due to circumstances beyond our control, such as the recipient not being at home, you will not be entitled to a refund. But don't worry, in this case we usually leave a note or a message to schedule a new delivery.

If delivery cannot be made on time due to the chosen day being a local holiday, delivery will be made the next business day and in this case, you will not be entitled to a refund.


Four. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information


If, when placing your order, you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we cannot guarantee the delivery of your order. If we verify that the information provided is not correct, we will contact you to confirm the data or request additional details. You must bear in mind that the modification of these data must be carried out a minimum of two business days before the scheduled delivery.


5. Place of conditional delivery


Orders addressed to hospitals, hotels, residences, companies, universities or public buildings are not guaranteed, but in most cases they will arrive correctly. If your order is destined for one of these establishments, please provide us with its name and telephone number and provide as many details as possible. In the case of hospitals, we will need the ward and the room number. TROPICPLANTS will try to deliver your plant in accordance with the regulations of each facility, but we cannot be held responsible if these organizations prevent it.

If you want to send a plant to a person who is staying in a hotel, you must specify the room number in which they are staying (if you have one) and the name of the person under whom the reservation is made. TROPICPLANTS cannot authorize a refund if a delivery could not be made due to these circumstances.


6. Deliveries rejected by the recipient


If, for whatever reasons, the recipient rejects the delivery, you will not be entitled to a refund of the amount of your order.


7. Changes to the order


To make changes to your order, please contact our customer service by email at info@tropicplants.es. You must carry out these modifications a minimum of two working days before the desired delivery date.


8. Quality politics


We do everything in our power to match our plants as closely as possible to the photographs and product descriptions. There may be slight variations from the image, but the concept and quality of the product are always guaranteed. The images we use to illustrate our complementary products are a visualization of the products and do not represent any particular brand. These products are shipped from our facilities and their availability depends on the season and stock.


9. Products and images


The products only contain the items specified in the descriptions. Bases and other items are not included, unless expressly stated in the description. The photographs of the plants represent the average size of the plant. The composition and shape of the plant may vary slightly. Please see our Substitution Policy below.


10. Claims and request for refunds


If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a refund by filing a claim within 2 business days after the delivery date.


If the customer is not satisfied with his order, he can request a refund for the value of his purchase plus shipping costs by filing a claim within two business days after the delivery date. As established in Art. 103 Point D of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, according to which the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to "the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly." Therefore, within a period of two days, the client may send their request via email info@tropicplants.es, including their contact information. In case of incidents related to quality, TROPICPLANTS asks the client to send a digital image of the product delivered to info@tropicplants.es, indicating the order number in the mail.


Defective products:


In cases where the client considers that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the provisions of the Contract, he himself must contact TROPICPLANTS, providing the product data, as well as the damage suffered. In all cases, the company may request a photo of the damage. Once the notification has been received, the company will contact the customer to inform them of how to proceed, without the subsequent repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination involving any cost to the consumer and user.


eleven. Return policy


In case the order arrives in bad condition, a partial or total refund will be made or a new product will be sent completely free of charge. The solution will depend on the state of the product at the time of delivery. We require photos of the product to assess its condition. We do not accept returns since they are natural plants and can be more damaged if they are not well adapted for their return.


12. Payment methods and incident management


The payment of your orders on our website can be made by credit or debit card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro) or by PayPal.

If, due to any circumstances, you provide us with incorrect information about your credit card or payment method, we will not be able to process your order and, therefore, we will not be able to manage and ship it. We will contact you to try to resolve the situation, but

TROPICPLANTS will not be responsible in any case for any problem that may arise from it.


13. Cancellations


If you request the cancellation of your order a minimum of two business days before the expected delivery date, you will be entitled to a refund of the total amount paid.


14. Duplicate orders


If for any reason you have placed two or more identical orders and you notify us about it, we will carry out a full refund of the duplicate order, as long as we have not made its delivery.

We cannot guarantee the fulfillment of special requests in any case. If we cannot comply with them, you will not be entitled to a refund.


16. Delivery policy on designated dates


In periods with a high volume of orders, some of the policies mentioned above may vary:

- Changes and cancellations: we cannot guarantee changes or order cancellations, even if they are requested within the period specified above.
- Delivery time: we cannot guarantee morning or afternoon delivery, even if you have been given the option to choose a time zone during the purchase process.
- In some cases, and whenever a warning message appears during the purchase process, we cannot guarantee the delivery of your order on the chosen date and this will take place on the first available date..
